Intended learning outcomes

To provide the students with:

  1. A Framework and knowledge about the areas of Management and Property Appraisal and their connection with Civil Engineering;
  2. An initial body of knowledge, criteria and base notions on Real Estate Management, Valuation and Investment Analysis and connected topics;
  3. Theoretical Knowledge on the main valuation approaches and methodologies;
  4. Capacity to deploy or develop the acquired knowledge on a consistent and qualified investment analysis and valuation practice, within the most demanding and up to date national and international valuation standards of practice.
